Please note that the total cost of your order does not include any import duties or fees.
We strongly recommend checking local customs and tax regulations before placing your order. If any fees are due, we will not be held accountable for covering them; you, the customer, are responsible for payment.

How Can I Return a Product?

We hope you're happy with your order but if you've received a product and decided it isn't for you. No problem.
Looking to return an item please email hello@magicalplayland.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we will respond with the next steps. Within your email include your order number and delivery address and reason for wanting to return. Allow up to 72 hours for us to respond.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold.
Unfortunately, we do not reimburse return postage cost if an item isn't faulty and recommend you get a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

How can I make changes to my order?

If you spot any mistakes in your order, need to change any address details or products, please contact us on hello@magicalplayland.co.uk within 2 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.

My product has arrived faulty, what 

do i do?

So sorry about this! Please email us at hello@magicalplayland.co.uk with your order number, a description and photos of the fault.
I will do my best to resolve the issue for you.
